Weird problem: new programs don't create a folder in the Start ...
The right pane remained the same width as before even though the Shutdown etc. buttons were bigger, cutting off part of the arrow button. Also the dropdown menu of shutdown options is not connected anymore to the start menu. Is this a known bug? Has Microsoft worked out a fix for this?
